As the President of Persatuan Wanita Inspirasi Negara Malaysia (WIN), she is committed to empowering women through skill development, knowledge-sharing, and business support initiatives.
A Certified Netrepreneur since 2013, Norhimah is a leading advocate for the integration of ICT in business, conducting nationwide e-commerce workshops to enhance digital adoption among entrepreneurs. Her visionary leadership has positioned WIN as a key collaborator with renowned organizations such as JPW, YIM, SME Corp, and Felda.
Norhimah’s unwavering dedication to community advancement and professional excellence has established her as a prominent figure in driving sustainable growth and empowerment initiatives across Malaysia.
Kayatthiri Krishnasamy
Ms. Kayatthri has made a significant impact in the corporate landscapes of Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, with over 15 years of marketing experience. Her career is defined by strategic leadership in digital marketing, direct marketing, and advertising, managing corporate initiatives with visionary insights. She has successfully led marketing departments across various industries, championing innovative strategies that engage modern audiences.
Ms. Kayatthri has delivered tangible results for top Malaysian brands, creating campaigns in sectors like education, entertainment, real estate, e-commerce, and HR. She has worked with industry giants such as Sunway College, Parkson Malaysia, MR D.I.Y., and Schwarzkopf Professional, showcasing her versatility and expertise.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Food Technology and a certification in Organizational Marketing Behavior from University Putra Malaysia. Additionally, she has earned certifications in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Facebook Agency Blueprint, and pursued a Master's in Marketing from University Malaya.
As the leader of a thriving social media agency, Ms. Kayatthri offers services in social media marketing and media ads procurement. She collaborates with corporate clients, curating content, engagement strategies, and managing their social media presence, demonstrating her deep understanding of modern marketing.

Bhawani Selvaretnam is a passionate data enthusiast with 15 years of expertise in AI and Data Analytics. She has successfully led numerous analytics projects, earning Silver and Gold medals at the International Invention and Innovation Exhibition (ITEX) for her innovative work in text analytics and natural language understanding. As the Lead Data Scientist and Director of Data & Analytics at Valiantlytix Sdn. Bhd., Bhawani develops tailored analytics solutions that address specific business challenges, with a particular focus on sales, marketing and human resource. Holding a PhD from Monash University and endorsed as a Professional Technologist, she is committed to helping organizations drive innovation by leveraging on data insights.
Geeta Krishnasamy
Geeta Krishnasamy is a mind coach, speaker, and accredited trainer with over 23 years of experience in education, mental health, and stress management. Specializing in holistic wellness, she helps individuals harness the power of the mind to achieve success, health, happiness, and peace. As a certified hypnotherapist, Geeta has been trained in Scientific Neurological Hypnotherapy and Emotion Replacement Therapy (ERT) by world-renowned hypnotherapist Tom Silver. She incorporates advanced techniques, including MindWaves technology, to monitor brain waves and validate the impact of positive suggestions on the mind.
Geeta is committed to guiding individuals in unlocking their full potential to lead more fulfilling lives. Her qualifications include certifications in hypnotherapy, Emotion Replacement Therapy, and yoga instruction. She holds a Master of Philosophy from Multimedia University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on finance and multimedia.
Geeta is a member of the United States Board of Clinical Hypnosis and a council member of the Malaysian Professional Hypnotherapy Association (MPHA), where she also holds lifetime membership. Her mission is to help others evolve, elevate, and excel in all aspects of life.
